I am Nedra Maryland, I am a DONA certified birth doula, a licensed minister of the Gospel, 24 years retired military veteran, a wife, a mother and grandmother. I believe that informed parents make confident decisions, so I commit to providing emotional, physical and informational support to each family before , during and after childbirth.
