Coming from a helping service background with a focus on family, there is nothing more precious than the gift of life and birthing people hold a very special place in my heart. The gift of doula work is more holistic, empowering and client-centered, and that’s what I want to provide for you. As your doula, it is my honor to help you achieve the safest, healthiest, beautiful and most satisfying birth experience possible by providing continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your family/support team before, during, and shortly after childbirth. Not sure what you want or what you need, that’s okay, we will figure it out together. Not sure what to say or whom to voice your concerns; I will help you find your voice to be both seen and heard where it counts as we navigate this journey, your way, together.
