I am a Community Doula with a passion for inspiring expectant parents and family through one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives. I coach pregnant clients and their families with compassion, helping them create a personal birth plan that reflects their needs, values, and goals. As your coach, i want us to develop plays and a plan to build your confidence and help you feel like the most valuable player throughout this journey. My goal is to inform clients and family so they feel empowered and confident as they prepare to welcome their bundle of joy. From pregnancy through postpartum, I provide physical, informational, and emotional support to help you explore various options, supporting each client to approach birth with strength and clarity.
