As a boy mom of 2, Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist for 15+ years, Birth and Postpartum Doula, I enjoy supporting others on a variety of life paths. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Spanish and Sociology from Georgetown University and a Masters of Science and Specialist in Education degree in Couples and Family Counseling from the University of NC at Greensboro. Through Mama Glow, I am trained as both a Birth and Postpartum Doula; I am also trained as a Birth Doula through DONA International. Bringing a baby earthside is sacred and transformative for all involved and I strongly believe no one should be alone on that journey. My holistic and nonjudgmental orientation allows me to support birthing people and their families in a variety of birth settings before, during, and after the arrival of their baby.
